Unlike the previous buyer, my frame came with the glass as promised. The box was also packaged in an armour of foam, plastic and tape. No scratches...all good. I also received it before the estimated delivery date. If I ever need a weird-sized frame, I'll definitely purchase it from this company.

i ordered 10 of these in total. after i ordered the first 2 i liked them so much i ordered 8 more. frames are well made and came with good hardware to hang. very pleased. the next time i have an odd size picture i will check to see if they have them in my size first

I needed an uncommon frame size and found it here on Amazon from Craig Frames. First of all, the price was excellent - the best I have found. But even better, the frame is exactly what I wanted - clean, attractive, good quality. It came packaged safely in lots of padding and got here in pristine condition. I did not have any problems with the glass being marked or scratched at all. Though they quoted me 5-7 days for shipping, I received it in only 3!! Overall, a great frame and very positive experience with this vendor.

Having difficulty locating a frame that measured 18x24 for quite some time locally, I decided to try the internet in order to locate one. Being put off by the idea of having something as delicate as a frame shipped to me via the postal service, I was a bit worried about my purchase of such an item. To my surprise, the item arrived quickly, and in perfect condition, allowing me to begin immediate use of the frame that very same day.
This frame is beautifully crafted, in a nice black finish. The overall build quality is excellent, and the frame is extremely sturdy. The frame opens up in the back via small metal clasps. The clasps must be opened up in order to allow the user to remove the cardboard backing. Once the backing has been removed, simply slide in your picture, or poster into the frame.
I purchased this frame in order to frame an 18x24 poster I had lying around the house for several months now. Worried about the sight, and possible damage, that my poster would develop if it was hung unprotected, I decided to purchase a frame that could possibly provide quality at a relatively low price. No local stores carry any frames in the 18x24 dimensions (the closest measurements I could locate were 20x30). Stumbling across this product was a blessing. The size is perfect for my 18x24 poster, and the frame looks gorgeous on the wall. Its color and design accentuates the poster, as well as the wall. The image appears more vibrant due to the frame's dark border, and the wall looks more spacious at the same time.
Whether being hung vertically or horizontally, this frame will look gorgeous on your wall. The black border adds a touch of class and livens up the image placed within the frame. No longer do I have to stare at a bare poster hung on my wall. Instead, I am graced with the sight of my stunning poster being embraced, ever so gently, and articulately in a manner that makes the overall appearance of the room better.
For the price, the size, the quality, and the overall design, you simply cannot go wrong with this frame. It hangs very easily due to its thick border, and it's quite easy to change around the image within the frame. If you have family pictures, or some bare posters laying on the wall without any frames, placing them within this solid black frame will truly help bring out the life within the picture, while at the same time protecting them from dust, lint, and potential sun fading.
